Shelter Meeting 11a

Webex is a web browser based video conferencing service.

No special software is required, everything is done inside your internet browser.

The Webex system will allow remote participants to see the presenter by video while the slides are being presented next to the video stream. During plenary and question and answer sessions participants will be able to raise their hand virtually and talk to the audience at Shelter Meeting as if they were really there.

To participate remotely, email meeting@sheltercentre.org with your expression of interest and you will be sent more information. Eligibility for remote participants is the same as for the normal participants.

Remote participants should check with their network administrator that they have the latest version of Java installed. Java is a standard addition to internet browsers that allows you to see certain web content.
