Introduction of the new MSF construction Manual

Mr. Paul Cabrera from MSF Spain presented the recent MCF OCBA publication 'Small Construction Manual', which is intended to be a supportive tool for MSF locistical staff in the field, wherever small construction and rehabilitation works are needed.

It ensures a good understanding of basic construction principals, and guarantee a standard of quality that can fulfil medical and logistical needs.
