The speaker outlined the project plan for the development of guidelines which are intended to support more effective use of transitional shelter as a method of response. An incomplete draft copy of the guidelines was distributed to all participants for comment. Participants were asked to show an expression of interest if they wish to become part of the project working group.
A full draft copy of the guidelines is due to be distributed for comment at SM09a.
