National adaptation programme of action to climate change

This report is written and published by the common contribution of the United Nation Development Program, the Water Resource and Environment Administration and the Global Environmental Fund. The scope of this paper is the adaptation of Laotian population and economy to the climate change. Based on an analysis of the Mekong River, the study points out different projects that Lao PDR needs in order to face changings( related to water, health, forestry or agriculture).
