Disaster Law: Factory Act B.E. 2535

The Factory Act B.E. 2535 was issued as a guideline and criteria to control and prevent emergency incident from factory which effect to people and environment. The Factory Act B.E. 2535 is contained primary issues are:
(1) Criteria of factory location, surrounding environment of factory as well as physical component of inside factory
(2) Criteria of type of machine and factory equipment
(3) Criteria of technical expert for specific factory
(4) Criteria for operation, production and factory equipment arrangement in order to prevent and reduce an emergency incident
(5) Pollution control for factory
(6) Preparation of required documents for evaluation and control for factory
