Mr. Argenal is a shelter and infrastructure specialist with over nine years of experience in emergency relief and reconstruction, including significant experience in the delivery of community-based shelter solutions. Mr. Argenal’s areas of technical expertise include civil engineering, rural water and sanitation, and emergency shelter. Since 2006, Mr. Argenal has been a key player and manager of CHF International’s Construction Practices Unit, consolidating, organizing, and disseminating institutional shelter materials, resources, and technical tools.
